Crop Values Rose in 1990: Overall crop values in the eight San Joaquin Valley counties increased 10% during 1990, according to final figures. Gross crop values totaled $11.2 billion and increased over 1989 in every county except San Joaquin, according to statistics compiled by the Associated Press. The figures came from annual crop reports each county agricultural commissioner submits to the state.
