McDonald’s Tests Pasta Dishes: The billion-burger McDonald’s food franchise is going Continental by serving fettuccine Alfredo and other pasta dinners in a test program next month in New York, a company spokeswoman said. McDonald’s Corp. is turning to pasta dishes because “they’ve become today’s most popular foods,” a spokeswoman told the Chicago Sun-Times.
