ReadiCare Founder Is Named Chairman

Dennis G. Danko, founder of ReadiCare Inc., has been appointed chairman. He will continue to hold the positions of president and chief executive.

In addition, Thomas Carey and Darlene Vogds have been promoted to the newly created position of group vice presidents. Both had previously been vice president, operations.

Kathy Quigley, formerly the company’s manager for the Seattle area operations, has been appointed vice president, operations.

ReadiCare Inc. in Irvine operates workers’ compensation medical centers and rehabilitation programs.
