Urinal Overflow Floods the DMV
The state Department of Motor Vehicles office on Normal Street in San Diego was flooded Sunday evening, soaking offices and some equipment on the first and second floors of the building.
The extent of the damage was undetermined Sunday and it was unclear whether the building would open Tuesday, said office manager Len Howell, who was overseeing the cleanup.
An overflowing urinal was blamed for the flood.
