Mobil, Vietnam Discuss Oil Exploration: Mobil confirmed that the company is discussing with representatives of PetroVietnam, the Vietnamese state oil company, possible exploration opportunities if the U.S. embargo against Vietnam is lifted. A company spokesman said the discussions are being undertaken with the full knowledge of officials from the Treasury and State departments.
