Real Estate Program Works

Share

In reference to Tracey Kaplan’s story, “State Calls Real Estate Lotteries Illegal,” the legality of our program has evidently only just now come into credible scrutiny. Legal or not legal at the time, the 10K program has indeed worked.

In a market whose pulse is that of a fading butterfly, we have done our fiduciary duty for our clients in selling their homes with this program.

When someone hires a Realty Executives (Santa Clarita) agent to market and sell his or her home, 10K can be an optional part of that commitment. Ask the sellers whose homes we’ve sold as a result. Ask the buyers who’ve bought 10K homes if they feel they were steered or pushed toward a subject home. I think you’ll find it’s not the case.

Should the 10K program come to a conclusion the agents won’t be the ones to lose. The public will.

“Whopping sales commissions are apparently not enough to satisfy some Santa Clarita Valley real estate agents.” Great tone! Reveals the objectivity of the writer, doesn’t it. Perhaps prior to writing a story you may peek in the real estate classifieds or Sunday tab section. Write the stories, but don’t sit in judgment of the industry.
