Mazda Names Head of Dealer Training

IRVINE — Mazda Motors of America Inc. said Friday that former Nissan executive Herbert A. Clark has been named vice president of dealer training.
Clark, who had been manager of quality performance for Nissan Motor Corp. in U.S.A. Inc., fills a recently created position established when Mazda’s dealer training services were consolidated within a new division.
He reports to Clark J. Vitulli, Mazda Motors senior vice president and chief operating officer, at the company’s Irvine headquarters.
Clark will direct training for all Mazda dealership personnel.
