* Richard B. Noyer of Calabasas, who was sentenced to three years and six months and a $50,000 fine.
* Leonard T. Radomile of La Jolla, who received a term of three years and one month and a $100,000 fine.
* Monty G. Mason II of Sherman Oaks, who was sentenced to three years and 10 months, plus a $25,000 fine.
