Sun to Unveil New Computers: Sun Microsystems is set to unveil its long-awaited family of mid-range computers next week, according to industry analysts. The Mountain View, Calif.-based company, which leads in the manufacture of desktop computers known as workstations, will introduce the new computers next Monday, the analysts said. The machines, called the SPARCserver 600MP series, are the first Sun products to use multiple central processing units, which boost computer power in building-block fashion.
