Team Faria Wins Speedway Special Event

Team Faria won the special event speedway motorcycle team race Friday night at the Orange County Fairgrounds.

Team Faria included Mike Faria, Shawn McConnell, Josh Larsen, Scott Brant, Steve Lucero, Jessee Finch and Brent Warner.

Chris Manchester of Hesperia won the eight-lap handicap main event. There was no scratch main race because of the team racing.
