James Bellows, former editor of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner and managing editor of the TV show “Entertainment Tonight,” has been appointed an editorial consultant at the show business trade paper the Hollywood Reporter. Teri Ritzer, editor of Hollywood Reporter since 1986, is leaving to become a vice president of publicity at 20th Century Fox International, the overseas theatrical sales arm of the studio.
