Share

The first installment of your annual property tax bill, which was due Nov. 1, becomes delinquent after 5 p.m. on Dec. 10. It must be postmarked by midnight of that day to avoid a 10% penalty.

Sandra M. Davis, Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector, will be extending hours of service in Los Angeles allowing taxpayers to avoid peak rush hours during the day.

The extended hours at the Hall of Administration, first floor, 225 N. Hill St., Los Angeles, are 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday; in addition, the office will be open on Saturdays through Dec. 10, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
