Hamburgers, Not Politics

I have no more use for the political opinions of Carl Karcher than do the students of Cal State Northridge. But neither do I have any use for the relentless demand for political and personal perfection that is perverting the fabric of American public life today.

If you don’t like someone’s politics, then don’t elect him to public office. Don’t make a fool of yourself by declaring that he’s not pure enough to sell you a cheeseburger.
