New Securities Rules Set: After a series of scandals, the Japan Securities Dealers Assn. said it will set new rules restricting business with gangsters. The policies follow a request from the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Finance. An association official said the securities industry’s regulatory body will decide on the rules this week at a board of directors meeting if details are agreed.
