Mexico Tells Illegal Aliens in U.S. How to Behave

MEXICO CITY —
The National Commission on Human Rights is advising illegal immigrants that they are not obligated to show documents when asked by U.S. immigration officials, several Mexican newspapers reported Monday.
The commission also advised illegal aliens not to try to escape or threaten U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service officers if they are stopped or arrested, the report said.
