* In a continuing management shake-up at Lotus Development Corp., John Landry, 44, is replacing Frank King, 52, as senior vice president and chief technology officer at the Cambridge, Mass.-based software supplier. Landry leaves a similar post at Dun & Bradstreet Software, a major seller of business software.

President Jim Manzi described King’s departure as a “mutually agreed decision” and praised his performance. But analysts wondered whether King was taking the fall for the late delivery of Lotus’ 1-2-3 program for Windows and loss of market share to competitor Borland.
