Micro Technology Declares Victory: Micro Technology Inc., an Anaheim manufacturer of computer storage equipment, said Friday that it has won a favorable decision in its legal battle with computer giant Digital Equipment Corp. A court in Hamburg, Germany, where Digital sued Micro Technology in June for alleged patent infringement, refused to enforce one of four Digital patents covering technology for hooking minicomputers to storage devices, Micro Technology said. The court said the patent would not be enforceable until a court in Munich could review the case. Digital has also sued Micro Technology in federal court in Denver, while Micro Technology has countersued in federal court in Los Angeles. Digital officials declined comment.
