‘Nick & Nora’s’ Thin Run: It’s curtains for “Nick & Nora.” The troubled Broadway musical based on Dashiell Hammett’s “Thin Man” characters will close Sunday, one week after it opened to negative reviews. The show, which starred Barry Bostwick as detective Nick Charles and Joanna Gleason as his wife, Nora, will have played nine performances and 71 previews. The show cost an estimated $4.3 million to mount. It had a $1.6-million advance, but that was spread over the next three months.
