GM Denies Management Shake-Up: Rumors that a top-level shake-up is coming at troubled General Motors Corp. are “absolutely unfounded,” the auto maker said. Scuttlebutt at GM headquarters had the firm’s president, Lloyd Reuss, being replaced as the executive in charge of the North American car and truck business, which is losing $6 billion a year. The No. 1 auto maker has promised to announce a major retrenchment next week.
