PAYBACK TIME: It may be small consolation, but the women who were duped by Coast Highway lover Mac Duffy, since out of jail, are getting something back. TV producers have bought their story rights, and “Highway Casanova” is scheduled to air on CBS next spring. Word is out that Sylvianne Lestringant of Laguna Niguel, who actually married Duffy, is getting a fee for her story. . . . “This is going to be the women’s story, not Duffy’s,” says co-producer Marcy Gross. “We’re not paying him anything.”
