Bombs exploded in two post offices Thursday in what police said was the latest in a wave of attacks by white extremists opposed to the dismantling of apartheid.

No one was injured in the early morning blasts at Krugersdorp west of Johannesburg and Verwoerdburg near Pretoria, but the offices were destroyed, police said. Both towns are right-wing strongholds.
