Rainbow Forms Separate Units

Rainbow Technologies Inc., which makes personal computer security products, said Wednesday that it has formed separate business units for international and domestic sales to accommodate new growth.

The Irvine company also announced several executive promotions.

Peter Craig, former vice president for sales and marketing, was promoted to executive vice president for North American operations. Alfred Weingartner, former vice president for international, was promoted to executive vice president for international operations.

Patrick Feverly, former controller, was promoted to vice president for finance and chief financial officer; Paul Bock, former director of corporate planning, was promoted to vice president of business development; Norm Denton, former director of North American sales, will become vice president of sales and marketing; Richard Burris was named vice president for manufacturing, and Dorinda Rowden, former sales manager, was promoted to vice president for Pacific Rim and Latin American sales.
