Re: “Saucy Resolution: Reduce, Reduce” by Faye Levy (Dec. 26). May we have more such pieces from Levy? She makes elegance in preparing and serving seem so easy for those of us who might be timid about straying, adventurously, from our old, dull, tried-and-true ways.
