Eagle Rock : 3 Sought in Gang Slaying
Los Angeles police are seeking three young men seen driving a black car in a gang-related shooting death.
Sgt. Ron Whitt said one of the men in the car, believed to be a Camaro, fired a handgun at Horacio Barrios, 19, of Eagle Rock after an exchange of gang slogans.
Barrios was a passenger in a friend’s car when the shooting erupted at 8 p.m. Jan. 9 near Avenue 42 and Eagle Rock Boulevard, police said. Wounded several times, Barrios died at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, Whitt said.
