Fourth Blast Victim Dies

CHICAGO —
A 75-year-old woman has become the fourth victim of a series of gas fires and explosions that rocked the city’s northwest side Jan. 17. Frances Kosiba died Wednesday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a spokeswoman said.
