HBO Pictures, the Los Angeles-based TV movie production unit of pay cable network Home Box Office, has promoted Richard Waltzer to vice president of HBO Worldwide Pictures. He has been given the responsibilities of coordinating HBO’s involvement with its Citadel Entertainment unit, an association with Grossbart/Barnett Productions. Waltzer reports to Robert Cooper, senior vice president, HBO Worldwide Pictures.
