TV Things: Carol Burnett’s long association with CBS will continue. She has a new agreement to develop series and movies for the network, and may star in some of the programs. . . . For the second year in a row, the Daytime Emmy Awards will be presented at night: June 23 during a 9-11 p.m. New York-based special on NBC. Last year’s initial nighttime telecast of the Daytime Emmys finished second in the week’s ratings. . . . NBC’s soap opera “Another World” will travel back to the 1940s Wednesday with an all black-and-white episode that is supposed to parody the “film noir” detective films of that period. . . . Clint Black, Lorrie Morgan and Travis Tritt will host the 27th annual Academy of Country Music Awards April 29 on NBC. The live show will originate at Universal Amphitheatre.
