Dr. Fred E. Nowroozi has been appointed medical director of NeuroCare of Orange County Inc. He is currently the medical director of the regional brain injury program at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, director of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, clinical assistant professor at UCI Medical Center, and has served as assistant chief for the National Institutes of Health Department of Rehabilitation.
