Operators say there are more than 200 local clubs large and small in operation (OC Live, Page 4). . . . “It’s the trend,” says Ed Reder, who runs a Laguna Hills club. . . . “People are looking for a place to meet people besides going to bars.” . . . Eder’s club, almost evenly split between men and women, has been gaining at least 20 members a month.
