PALM LATITUDES

I was quite amused by your article on Judy Polone (Palm Latitudes, Dec. 8). There’s no question that she has accomplished much in her career. However, taking credit for producing the television movie “A Killing in a Small Town” is inaccurate.

As executive producer, I had a supervisory role, while the day-to-day creative and working producers were Dan Witt, Courtney Pledger and Cynthia Cidre, who also wrote the teleplay.

Editor’s note: As president of Hearst Entertainment, Judy Polone had a supervisory role in the production of “A Killing in a Small Town,” but she did not act as a producer on the film. We regret the error.
