Prime Ministers to Confer About N. Ireland Violence

DUBLIN, Ireland — New Irish Prime Minister Albert Reynolds announced Tuesday that he will fly to London next week for talks with British Prime Minister John Major on worsening violence in British-ruled Northern Ireland.
Thirty-two people have been killed this year in the political and sectarian conflict, the worst start for any year since 1976, and the two are eager to explore ways to tighten security and push peace talks ahead.
