Norbert Laurens, a lawyer for the German Athletics Federation assigned to investigate suspicious drug tests that led to the suspension of sprinter Katrin Krabbe and two teammates, said the tests done in South Africa were performed correctly and any manipulation could only have been done by the athletes.
