Not-So-Modern Man

Radio host Larry Josephson calls himself a liberal and thinks he’s rational and intelligent, yet he admits to yelling at girlfriends and employees and is “mad as hell” that women aren’t subservient to him, as they were in days gone by (“Gotham Grump,” by Sean Mitchell, March 1).

The funniest thing about Josephson is the name of his program: “Modern Times.” KCRW-FM’s general manager, Ruth Hirschman, and other radio executives should bounce this sexist boob off the air and make the smart choice: Hire a female!
