San Diego County Superior Court Judge Wayne L. Peterson ordered that a dispute between the financially troubled America’s Cup Organizing Committee and E.J. Helicopters of Los Angeles be resolved by binding arbitration by April 8. E.J. Helicopters is seeking $310,000 in lost profits from the organizing committee.
