COASTAL SCAMMING: The first issue of Smart Money magazine writes this month about a Massachusetts man who has been the victim of one scam artist after another--and three of them came from Orange County. One rip-off involved a Yorba Linda firm selling oil wells, the other two investors from Newport Beach. . . .
