The case file in the investigation of rape allegations against three New York Mets has been turned over to the Florida attorney’s office, which will decide whether to press charges.
Police are awaiting test results of blood and saliva samples drawn from one of the suspects.
The alleged victim is a 31-year-old New York woman who filed a complaint March 3 against three players.
The crime allegedly occurred March 30, 1991.
