* Henry D. G. Wallace has been named president of Ford Motor de Venezuela, a unit of Ford Motor Co., the No. 2 U.S. auto maker said Thursday.

Wallace, 53, replaces Cornelius Koreman, who is returning to Ford’s North American Automotive Operations.

Wallace has been treasurer of Ford of Europe since 1989. He joined Ford’s European division as a financial analyst in 1971. Since then he has worked in a variety of worldwide assignments.
