Toronto’s Dave Stieb, making his first rehabilitation start of the season with Class-A Dunedin of the Florida State League, allowed one run and four hits in six innings in a 4-2 victory at Clearwater, Fla. Stieb, 35, had not pitched since last May 22 because of a sore right shoulder and a herniated disk in his back that required surgery Dec. 4.
