Foreign Car Sales Fall: Sales of foreign-made vehicles in Japan fell 11.4% in the fiscal year ended March 31, the first decline in nine years, the Japan Automobile Importers’ Assn. said. The 191,991 vehicles sold reflected a business slump in Japan, the association said. Consumers refrained from buying expensive products like foreign cars, it said.
