ReadiCare Profit Down Nearly 40%: ReadiCare Inc., an operator of medical facilities for injured workers, reported Tuesday that its fiscal 1992 profit dropped nearly 40% to $1.6 million, equal to 20 cents per share. The Irvine company had net income of $2.7 million, or 33 cents per share, in the previous year.

The company blamed the recession, fewer workers at its client companies and costs associated with expansion. Its revenue was $36.2 million for the 12 months ended Feb. 29, up 13.7% from $31.9 million in fiscal 1991.
