Police Seek Help Finding Woman Sought in Attack
Police are requesting the public’s help in their search for a woman suspected of assaulting and robbing a former business partner of more than $1,000.
The suspect, Eileen Sheryl Prager, is described as white, 31 years old, 5-foot-1, weighing 105 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a mole on her left cheek. Police issued the request for the public’s help on Friday afternoon.
Police said Prager is suspected of tying up and assaulting David Campbell, a 50-year-old tax consultant, at 6:05 a.m. on Jan. 11. Campbell, a Costa Mesa resident, suffered major head injuries. Prager allegedly robbed him of business records as well as more than $1,000 in cash and poured alcoholic beverages into his computer, causing several thousand dollars in damage, before fleeing.
Police said the assault and robbery stemmed from a business dispute between the two.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Prager is asked to call the Costa Mesa Police Department at (714) 752-5255.
