* Chris Hawke has been promoted to vice president and manager of the William Lyon Co.’s south Orange County Saddleback division. Hawke, who has been with the Newport Beach home builder since 1986, previously served as area manager for the division. Before joining Lyon, Hawke was assistant vice president of Crocker Bank’s real estate industries group, assistant vice president of Wells Fargo Bank real estate industries group and senior tax consultant for the accounting firm of Touche Ross.
