TALKING ‘80S? Remember the ‘80s? The Newport Harbor Art Museum is taking a look at the last decade through a variety of artists in a 100-plus-piece exhibit that will run through June 21 (F1). One section, for example, is about women artists looking at women. One highly talked about piece by John Baldessari, called “Chattering Men,” includes its own electric chatter sound built in. . . . “Maybe it says the ‘80s was all talk; it’s really up to the viewer,” says museum spokeswoman Maxine Gaiber.
