Aid for Drug Dealers?

It occurs to me that the media are aiding and abetting the sale of illicit drugs. Whenever a so called “drug bust” is made, the TV, radio and newspaper people announce to children, adults, various misfits and the public at large how much these drugs are worth on the street. Most of the time it is in millions of dollars.

Why do they do this? All they are doing is enticing more people to get into the drug business.
