Jim Lefler has been promoted to senior marketing director for Birtcher Construction Ltd., a Laguna Niguel general contracting firm. Previously the firm’s director of special projects, Lefler will now assume responsibility for all construction sales and marketing activity on a national level in addition to managing the special projects division.
