Admar Group Inc.: The Santa Ana developer of managed health-care services posted net income of $268,500, or 3 cents per share, for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, down 10% from the $296,800, or 4 cents per share, recorded a year ago. Revenue declined 3% to $10 million from $10.3 million. For the fourth quarter of its fiscal 1992, Admar’s net income increased to $67,500 from $2,800 a year earlier. The final quarter’s revenue was up 4% to $2.6 million from $2.5 million.
