La Puente : ‘Junk House’ to Be Razed

A dilapidated structure in the 1000 block of Aileron Avenue that neighbors call the “junk house” because of the trash strewn along the property will be demolished and replaced with a six-unit condominium complex.
The City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved the project by LCW Architect & Engineering of San Gabriel.
The complex will consist of three duplexes on the 16,515-square-foot lot.
