U.N. to Help Return of 10,000 Ethiopian Refugees

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia —
Some 10,000 Ethiopian refugees who fled to neighboring countries to escape war and famine will be repatriated under U.N. auspices at a cost of nearly $2 million, a senior official said Friday.
