OZONE DEPLETION
Take heart, all you Chicken Littles who are continually fed frightening scenarios by the liberal media and environmental activists. The ozone depletion theory is disputed by a number of credible scientists. In fact, data developed by NASA since its report that triggered the latest scare predictions refutes many of the preliminary findings. And your fears should be further allayed by Belgian scientists writing in the Journal of Geography Research that claims of ozone depletion are erroneous and that there is “no evidence of thinning at all.”
What’s alarming is that costly programs with worldwide implications are being enacted before their need has been proven. And never mentioned are past mistakes such as the Alar scare or the acid-rain miscalculation.
