PARISWATCH: Although the Euro Disney Resort near Paris opened last month, the real grand opening for the Orange County contingent gets underway today. A 77-member delegation of local civic leaders left for Europe on Sunday. The six-day trip, organized but not paid for by Disneyland officials, will include today’s detailed tour of Euro Disney as well as shopping and dining in Paris. . . . “It will be fabulous,” says County Supervisor Harriett M.
